Learning Ladder is the brainchild of 2 friends – Minu Mathew and Jeena Jacob, who, though from varied backgrounds, share a passion for inspiring children and bringing out the best in them through innovative, creative and fun methods.

Nurturing children is a sacred trust from God.
At Learning Ladder, it is our mantra to mould children into being responsible youngsters.
We encourage the child to be "a child" - to explore and experience their unique world of innocence, curiosity, wonder, freedom and fun under appropriate guidance without losing their inherent creativity.
Learning Ladder is the "home sweet second home" for children. Here, they discover their world of fun & cheer beyond curriculum.
At Learning Ladder, children are regularly asked open-ended questions to encourage curiosity & quench their thirst for knowledge. Our unique diverse activities are structured to ensure that children are stimulated across various spheres of development.

We follow the Montessori Curriculum that covers five important areas of learning.
Practical Life : Build Concentration, Co-ordination, Order and Independence through Everyday Living Skills.
Sensorial : Promotes the Development and Refinement of the Five Senses in Children.
Language: Is Phonetic in nature and supports through different activities and games the natural ability and love that children have for language be it Spoken, Read and Written.
Math: A powerful learning tool to build a strong foundation in math through "Hands on " material based on Decimal numeral System or Base ten Math System.
Culture : Focus on Science , Geography Music and Art through a wide array of activities that include Circle time, Role Play, Dance - drama, Theatre, Themed parties and Cultural programs, Yoga, Aerobics, Indoor /Outdoor games, Educational Outings, Interactive Workshops, Etc., in a completely Holistic and Child-Centric Environment.
